That has seen Robert Jarni’s side throw away a promising start to the season, to be in a position where a playoff spot now looks a distant dream. Chennaiyin, meanwhile, have had mixed fortunes under new boss Owen Coyle, with the goal-scoring touch seeming to have returned, but they are still shipping goals at an alarming rate....

Both teams have been ravaged by injuries throughout the course of the season, but they haven’t helped themselves, with elementary errors costing points throughout the season, particularly for Kerala Blasters. Des Buckingham’s side suffered a defeat at the hands of Jamshedpur FC in their last match which spoiled their plans temporarily. However, with the quality that they have, a win is expected out of them against the Red and Gold Brigade. Meanwhile, Marco Rivera’s side, who are technically out of the competition, will be playing to spoil their opposition’s plans even further....

The Juggernauts, who are mathematically out of contention for the top 4, were looking to salvage something from the remainder of the tournament. Meanwhile, the Mariners desperately needed the three points to keep them breathing down the necks of table-toppers Hyderabad FC and Jamshedpur FC. The match kickstarted with the Green and Maroon Brigade pressing hard and high against the opposition, who chose to sit deep and catch them on the break....

The attack reportedly targeted Hamas armed compounds in response to incendiary balloons that were deployed from the area. The balloons caused 10 fires in fields of southern Israel, Reuters reported. The attacks were the first to occur following an 11-day ceasefire between Israeli and Palestinian forces. Following the balloon attack, Israeli nationalists marched around Damascus Gate, a site of Palestinian life within east Isreal. The crowd of mostly young men held blue-and-white Israeli flags while dancing and singing religious songs, the Associated Press reported....

Gil Tamary, the chief Washington correspondent of Israel’s Channel 13 news, was forced to pause his report after the individual stepped in front of the camera. The unidentified man, dressed in all black wearing a helmet and sunglasses and holding a GoPro camera, accosted Tamary with racial epithets as hundreds of fellow rioters besieged the Capitol building. “I occupy this space, ok?” the protester said, apparently referencing the Israeli policy with regards to the West Bank....
